Earlier, I reported how the biographical film "Sinatra" had gotten a director attached. Well, with this keystone in the movie's making already set, rumors have begun swirling around who will be playing Sinatra himself.
Universal Pictures, the studio in charge of the movie, has shown considerably interest in Johnny Depp as Sinatra. Although he has shown himself to be a capable singer in "Sweeney Todd", the movie will not feature any actor singing - they will use clips of Frank Sinatra's own voice for authenticity.
Although this isn't the first time that Johnny Depp has been considered for a role before much information was available (there are still rumors regarding his presence in the next Batman movie), the resemblance is there. We'll just have to wait and see if Depp's enthusiasm is also present.
In gaming news, Activision has recently announced a game, similar in style to the "Mama" games - "Science Papa"! Controversy may soon be rising. Go here for more information.
