Yes, the crime/drama show will feature the little monster in an episode where Booth is prone to hallucinations. And instead of just appearing for a few seconds, he'll actually make a speaking appearance!
While not all the info has been released, it has been revealed that his first hallucination involving Stewie will take place in a sperm donation room, which is not odd considering this episode.
Fortunately, Seth McFarlane, the writer of Family Guy, will have to approve of all of Stewie's lines. Hopefully this odd cross-over works well.
